Emmalyn de Castro

Emmalyn de Castro is an accomplished Cyber Security Manager and Head of Department for Cyber Defence at ANZ since February 2016, overseeing solutions to safeguard the organization's network against online threats and leading day-to-day operations in network security. Previously, Emmalyn served as a Cyber Security Product Owner, where a significant achievement included transitioning the bank's defenses from on-premises to SaaS-based solutions to enhance security. Earlier experience includes positions such as IT Project Manager at the Bank of the Philippine Islands, focusing on process improvements in IT operations, and Solutions Architect at Accenture, where solution designs for clients involving Microsoft tools were developed. Emmalyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miriam College, completed in 2003.
