Fiona MacDonald

Fiona MacDonald has over 15 years of experience in diversity, inclusion, and employee relations, currently serving as the Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion at ANZ since August 2008. In this role, Fiona leads initiatives aimed at creating an engaged and diverse workforce and also oversees Recruitment Policy & Governance to address key compliance challenges. Previously, Fiona has held significant positions including Senior Manager for Diversity, Inclusion & Flexibility, and Head of HR Legal where responsibilities included managing complex employee relations and employment law matters across multiple geographies. Prior experience includes managing workplace relations and employment law at Lander & Rogers, and serving as an Industrial Relations Legal Advisor for the Arbitration Council Foundation in Cambodia. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, along with the Dr John Yu Fellowship from the University of Sydney.
