Jeremy Wee

Jeremy Wee is a seasoned professional in design and customer experience, currently serving as the Strategic and Service Design Lead at ANZ since February 2023, where leadership of a design team in a complex customer migration program is a key focus. Previously, as the Discovery and CX Lead at Southern Cross Austereo, Jeremy established and led the Discovery team in alignment with the company's digital transformation goals. Jeremy held various design lead roles at National Australia Bank from 2015 to 2022, managing cross-disciplinary teams in experience design projects. As a CX Design Manager at The Customer Experience Company, Jeremy delivered innovative projects for notable clients, alongside roles in telecommunications customer experience transformation. Jeremy's entrepreneurial spirit was evident as the Founder of Ice Cream Chefs, where niche product development led to significant media recognition and revenue growth. Earlier experience includes consultancy at Accenture, and solid academic credentials include a Bachelor of Information Systems from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by mechanical engineering studies at Singapore Polytechnic.
