Josh McGoldrick

Josh McGoldrick has extensive experience in product operations and governance within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Leader of Product Operations for Credit Cards at ANZ since December 2024. Prior to this role, Josh held several key positions at Latitude Financial Services from September 2016 to December 2024, including Head of Operational Excellence and Head of Product Operations and Governance, where responsibilities encompassed driving operational excellence across various domains such as product, marketing, and risk management. Earlier career highlights include roles at ANZ, where Josh managed business solutions for strategic retail banking projects and digital portfolio initiatives, as well as experience in product management at GE Money and as a Business Analyst at ANZ. Josh holds a Masters in Financial Planning from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Monash University.
