Karen Brown

Karen Brown, GAICD, possesses extensive experience in relationship management and banking across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at ANZ since June 2010, Karen has held multiple roles including Director and National Partnerships Manager, focusing on client relationships in the Diversified Industries and Retail Broker segments. Prior roles include Associate Director within Institutional Relationship Banking and a member of the Loan Structuring & Execution team. Karen's earlier career includes positions as Senior Associate at Clayton Utz and Associate at Allen & Overy, specializing in major projects and debt finance. Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University, as well as a qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
