Karl Nicholson

Karl Nicholson has extensive experience in the finance sector, with a career spanning over three decades. Beginning as a Graduate at PwC from 1993 to 1995, Karl advanced to Associate Director roles at the Bank of New Zealand and Rabobank between 1995 and 2001. Karl served as Director at Lehman Brothers from 2001 to 2006 before taking on multiple Executive Director positions at ANZ from June 2018 to May 2024, including roles in Resources Energy and Infrastructure as well as Project & Export Finance, along with serving as Head of Corporate Finance. Karl holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
