Kathryn Malinowski is an accomplished professional with over 28 years of experience in strategic business management and performance improvement, currently serving as the Performance Lead/COO for Customer Data Management Service at ANZ since April 2009. Kathryn has a proven track record in managing large portfolios, implementing customer service strategies, and leading significant financial and operational initiatives within the banking sector.
