Katrin Galicha

Katrin Galicha is an Operations Lead at ANZ with extensive experience in the banking industry. Previously, Katrin held various roles at HSBC and JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Processing Executive and Loss Mitigation Associate, where they focused on fraud prevention and customer account management. With expertise in management, leadership, and risk management, Katrin leads diverse teams in non-routine collections at ANZ, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to manage complex operational tasks. Katrin is currently pursuing Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from Arellano University and Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas.
