Lauren Deady

Lauren Deady is a skilled professional with extensive experience in strategy and design. Currently serving as Manager of Strategy and Design at ANZ since August 2024, Lauren has held key positions at Athora, where contributions as both Manager and Senior Associate in Group Strategy were made between May 2023 and August 2024. Prior to that, Lauren worked at Cbus Super Fund from March 2020 to October 2022 as a Senior Strategy Analyst and previously as a Strategy Analyst. Lauren's career commenced at National Australia Bank as a Graduate in Group Strategy from February 2019 to March 2020. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Law from Monash University, earned from 2016 to 2018.
