Lisa Millard

Lisa Millard is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in notable organizations. Beginning as an HR Advisor at the Blind Foundation, Lisa progressed to a Senior HR Advisor at Dennis Publishing, where generalist HR support and project leadership on employee engagement were key responsibilities. Following this, Lisa served as the UK & International HR Manager at EMAP, spearheading the outsourcing of HR functions and implementing employee self-service systems. In subsequent roles at SThree plc and ANZ, Lisa managed HR operations across various regions, including APAC and the US, and played a pivotal role in strategic decision-making and business transformation projects. Educationally, Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Auckland.
