Louise Higgins

Louise (Lou) Higgins is an executive leader and non-executive director with over 20 years of experience in finance, transformation, M&A, and technology within Australia and New Zealand. Currently serving as the Executive GM of Strategy, Transformation & Data at ANZ, Lou also holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at Rugby Australia and a member of the Takeovers Panel at Commonwealth Treasury. Previously, Lou was the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and has held various impactful roles across multiple organizations, including BBC and NOVA Entertainment. Lou is a member of Chief Executive Women and is involved in furthering women's leadership and opportunities in business.
