Matt Spencer

Matt Spencer, MBA, is a seasoned professional in sport and recreation with 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Business Governance and Controls Manager at ANZ. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles, including Digital Risk Manager and Centre Manager at YMCA, where they oversaw multiple facilities and managed large teams. Matt co-founded Melbourne Personal Training and contributed significantly to operational excellence at several health clubs. Matt earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from Deakin University.
