Michael Pearson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business architecture, particularly within the financial services sector. Having served over 35 years at ANZ and additional roles at the Department of Justice and Clydesdale Bank, Michael has successfully managed transformational projects related to international payments and information security initiatives. Key achievements include the implementation of technology systems for significant banking functions and contributions to governance in the payments industry. Michael holds multiple certifications, including TOGAF 9 Enterprise Architecture, a Certificate in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Project Management, and a Diplomate in Banking and Finance from the Scottish Bankers Institute.
