Monte Guballa

Monte Guballa has over 16 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, predominantly within the banking and customer service sectors. At ANZ from July 2012 to October 2023, Monte served as Head of Talent & Culture for the Philippines, leading end-to-end recruitment efforts and managing stakeholder engagement for the Philippine Branch and Manila Service Centre. Responsibilities included executive and niche hiring, project management, and serving as the lead for the ANZ Pride Network Philippines. Prior to ANZ, Monte worked as a Recruitment Officer at 24/7 Customer and held recruitment roles at IBM Business Services and Convergys. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. Monte is also a certified Scrum Master and a training facilitator.
