Paul Hanks

Paul Hanks is a seasoned project management and business consulting professional currently serving as Program Director at ANZ. With a robust track record in leading large-scale system implementations and people change initiatives, they have effectively transformed business processes and enhanced organizational capabilities. Paul previously held project management roles at GE Money Bank, Telstra, and ANZ, where they managed a wide array of projects, including the creation of virtual banking infrastructures and the implementation of automated credit decision-making systems.
