Rachit Aryaa

Rachit Aryaa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce analytics and digital transformation across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Workforce Analytics Lead at ANZ, Rachit oversees a multi-geography team to enhance non-financial risk reporting as part of the NFR Transformation program. Previously, Rachit held significant roles at Macquarie Group, including Digitalisation Lead and Senior Manager for FMG Transformation, where Rachit led cross-functional teams on multiple transformation initiatives and collaborated with McKinsey to establish a transformation office. Rachit's experience extends to HSBC and Deutsche Bank, where Rachit drove process improvements and operational efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Rachit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
