Rick Russo

Rick Russo has over three decades of experience in IT and fitness, currently serving as the Customer Service Lead and Chapter Lead at ANZ since October 2012, where responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and providing technical support across multiple sites. Rick has held various roles at ANZ, including Systems & Infrastructure Engineer and Server Infrastructure Engineer, contributing to significant improvements in IT service delivery and efficiency. Previous work as a Group Fitness Instructor involved teaching multiple fitness disciplines across various gyms until retirement in 2019. Education includes an Associate Diploma in Applied Science, ITIL certifications, and a Team Leadership Program from ANZ.
