Sarah Bell has extensive experience in recruitment and strategic management, having worked in various capacities within organizations such as Capita Group Ltd, Barclays Capital, and ANZ. Initially starting as an HR Administrator focused on campus recruiting for Morgan Stanley, Sarah progressed to roles including Campus Onboarder and European Campus Recruiter at Barclays Capital, where responsibilities involved enhancing the onboarding process and recruiting undergraduate students. Additionally, positions at Allen & Overy LLP as a Graduate Recruitment Assistant involved comprehensive candidate management and event coordination. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Counties Manukau Rugby Football Union, Sarah's previous roles at ANZ included Senior Manager in Business Performance & Improvement and Head of Strategic Initiatives. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Marketing & Management Communication from the University of Waikato.
