Sascha Thiel

Sascha Thiel is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Tribe Lead at ANZ, with a focus on Business Platform Services and Customer Authentication, overseeing customer identity and access management. Since joining ANZ in 2009, Sascha has held various leadership roles, including Tribe Performance Lead and Senior Technology Manager, delivering technological solutions to enhance business operations and customer experiences. Additionally, Sascha serves as a Board Member for Ruyton Girls' School. Prior professional experience includes positions at Esanda, Charter Mason, and BMW Group Australia, with responsibilities ranging from engagement management to product strategy.
