Tim Luong

Tim Luong is an experienced security professional with a strong background in digital identity, cloud security, and architectural design. Currently serving as a Security Partner for ANZ since October 2020, Tim specializes in security architecture, risk assessments, and governance for cloud environments such as GCP and AWS. Prior to this role, Tim worked at NAB from May 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included open banking security architecture and various cloud security roles. Tim’s earlier experience includes technical design work for Australia Post and systems architecture for Public Transport Victoria, alongside foundational roles at the Department of Treasury and Finance in Victoria. Tim holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Engineering and Computing (with Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.
