Toni McCann

Toni McCann is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in customer experience design, digital art direction, and team leadership. Currently serving as Customer Experience Design Lead at ANZ since April 2019, and previously as an Experience Designer, Toni has contributed to various projects for prominent clients such as Deakin University and Melbourne Airport. Prior roles include Design Lead at Hardhat Digital and Arkade, where Toni developed design talent and worked within agile teams for major Australian brands. Toni's earlier experience encompasses roles as Art Director at DT Digital, Digital Designer at Sumo Group, and various freelance positions, all contributing to a robust skill set in design and user experience. Toni holds a Diploma of Multimedia from the Western Australian School of Art, Design and Media, and continues to enhance professional knowledge through courses such as Interiors - Design and Decoration for Living through RMIT University.
