Kai Lau

Kai Lau is an experienced architect and senior designer with a robust background in multi-family and commercial project development. Since September 2011, Kai has been with Architects Orange, where responsibilities include the conceptual and schematic design of various apartment projects, including wrap apartments and podium apartments, along with attending client and neighborhood council meetings. Prior experience includes serving as Design Director at KTGY Group, Inc., leading a team while engaging in client meetings, and working as a project designer at Casco Corp., focusing on commercial designs like Regal Cinemas and Toys R Us. Kai began a career in design as an assistant at Langdon Wilson, contributing to commercial project development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Southern California.
