Marjolijn Feringa is an accomplished interim director and executive coach, currently serving as the Interim Director at A&O fonds Gemeenten since June 2024. Feringa has extensive experience in leadership roles, including positions as an entrepreneur and executive coach since 2017, and as Chairman of the Prago Foundation, which provides education to adults facing literacy challenges. Additionally, Feringa holds the role of Chair of the Supervisory Board at Buro Lima, which supports young individuals with intellectual disabilities. Active in the community as a member of SER Topwomen and NCD's Board of Directors, Feringa has also contributed as an Interim Director at De bibliotheek Amstelland and Program Director at the Red Cross Netherlands, focusing on volunteer competency development.
