Tiara Ratz

Tiara Ratz is a highly skilled Senior Project Manager in Medical Statistics at AO Foundation since January 2023, leading the statistics team and overseeing statistical input and analysis for clinical studies. Ratz previously served as a Clinical Research Scientist at Ava Women, managing clinical trials and regulatory documentation for a class IIb medical device, and worked as a Researcher focused on health psychology at Jacobs University Bremen. Additional experience includes roles as a Scientific Coordinator at apprevent GmbH, a Research Assistant at the Leibniz Institute for Prevention Research and Epidemiology, and the University of Bremen, as well as an internship at the University of Aberdeen. Ratz holds a PhD in Psychology from Jacobs University Bremen, an MSc in Epidemiology, and a BA in Public Health from the University of Bremen.
