Olga Zharkova

Olga Zharkova is an accomplished project manager and human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. With significant experience at Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan since September 2015, Olga has held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Performance and Career Management Unit. Prior to this, Olga worked as a Leading Specialist in Organizational Development at Технодом and as Lead Recruitment Specialist at Beeline Kazakhstan. Olga holds a bachelor's degree in psycho-pedagogical studies from University "Kainar," obtained from 2001 to 2006.
