Carl Phillips

Carl Phillips has over two decades of experience in IT and software development, currently serving as the Director of Group IT and Director of Software Development at ao.com since August 2013, a flagship brand of DRL Limited. Prior to this role, Carl held the position of Development Manager at DRL Limited from September 2007 to August 2013, where responsibilities included leading two agile .NET teams and overseeing IT development strategy and process improvement. Carl started his career as a Microsoft Solutions Developer at Capgemini from August 2002 to March 2008.
