Lynne Wood is an experienced professional in service delivery and client management, currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at AO since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lynne held positions at Expert Logistics Ltd, including Head of Client Services from 2012 to April 2022 and Client Support Manager from January 2007 to February 2012. Earlier in Lynne's career, a role as Customer Care Manager was completed at Iceland from 1999 to 2003. Lynne holds a BSc in Business from Manchester Metropolitan University, where studies took place from 1990 to 1994, and attended Maricourt High School from 1983 to 1990.
