Gregory Dewerpe

Gregory is one of Europe’s leading proptech venture capitalists and a long standing, prominent voice promoting the acceleration of positive transformation in the real estate industry.

Having worked and invested heavily in the real estate sector for more than a decade, Gregory founded A/O on the back of a deep understanding of the industry’s shortcomings, and the realization that the built world can be one of the most powerful vectors for change, ascertained from the specialist real estate investment and advisory firm he founded and developed, AMD Capital.

As a passionate advocate for the ecosystem, Gregory backs and brings together entrepreneurs at the cutting edge of technological innovation with investors and corporates, fostering change from within.

Previously, Gregory worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse and Citigroup, where he originated and structured over $30bn of new investments globally.

He is a board member of Plentific, Fornova, Placemake.io, and Safehub, and board observer of PassiveLogic, Climate X, Residently, and Bricklane.

Gregory holds an MSc in Business & Finance from HEC Lausanne and has attended the London School of Economics and Harvard Business School’s executive education program.
