Nick Small is currently the Head of Category for Refrigeration and SDA at AO. They have held various roles in the retail sector, including Category Manager for Free Standing MDA at ao.com and Buyer for Large Kitchen Appliances at Home Retail Group PLC. Nick began their career as a Trainee Merchandiser at Matalan in 2007 and have also worked as a Joint Business Planning Coach and Assistant Buying Manager at Alliance Boots. They completed a BSc in Chemistry and Pharmacology at Liverpool University and a BA Hons in Business and Information at Liverpool John Moores University.
