Steven Baldet

Steven Baldet has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Steven started their career as a Software Engineer at RSI in 2010, where they worked on the migration of retirement management software. Steven then joined PRO BTP Groupe as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of an internal tool for generating quotes and automating email communication.

In 2012, Steven joined Logica as a Software Engineer before moving to Amadeus IT Group. At Amadeus, they worked on the development of a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and served as a Lead Developer and Scrum Master. Steven was responsible for managing platforms and providing guidance on architecture and engineering practices. Steven also designed and developed a customizable workflow engine.

From 2012 to 2020, Steven worked at Ausy as a Software Engineer Full Stack and Scrum Master. During this time, they gained experience in agile methodologies, coaching teams, and providing technical guidance. Steven also served as a Lead Developer and Scrum Master at Air France, where they developed web applications, APIs, and provided leadership to a team of 6 to 9 people. Steven played a key role in migrating AngularJS to Angular and redesigning the backend.

In 2022, Steven joined Hivebrite as a Lead Developer before moving to their current role as a Lead Developer at AODocs starting in 2023. Steven is expected to continue making significant contributions to software development in their current position.

Steven Baldet earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Polytech'Nice-Sophia from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Institut Universitaire de technologie Aix Marseille from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Information Technology. Steven completed their high school education at Lycée Jean Lurçat - Martigues from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bac S degree. Furthermore, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in March 2015.
