Matt Beekman is an experienced business development executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Development at Alpha Omega Group since September 2025. In this role, Matt focuses on enhancing AOG’s status as an SDVOSB leader by forming strategic partnerships and driving the business development lifecycle, particularly within NAVWAR, NIWC, PEO C4I, and USSF programs. Additionally, Matt has been the President of AFCEA San Diego Chapter since July 2019 and held various positions at Systems Technology Forum, Ltd., including Executive Director and Vice President of Business Development. Prior experience includes directing West Coast operations at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., serving as Chief Operating Officer at Mills Entertainment, and leading operations for the Civilian Agencies Division at RGS Associates, Inc. Matt began his career as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers after earning an MPA from Syracuse University and dual BS degrees from James Madison University in Political Science and Public Administration.
