Melissa Spearman

Melissa Spearman has a diverse work experience across different companies and roles. Melissa currently holds the position of Vice President at AOI Corporation, where they lead a cross-functional team and develops strategic plans for the furniture business unit. Melissa also manages the P&L and oversees vendor relationships. Prior to this, Melissa served as President of Mother Nature's Emporium, a family-owned health food store. Melissa was also a Principal at Perkins&Will and held various roles at DLR Group, including Workplace Leader for the Central Region and Interior Design Department Discipline Leader. Melissa has a strong background in design, architecture, and leadership roles.

Melissa Spearman earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1998. Melissa also holds additional certifications including becoming a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci in 2017 and obtaining LEED AP BD+C certification from USGBC.
