Nicole Malone

Nicole Malone has over 20 years of work experience in the architecture and construction industry. Nicole is currently serving as the Design Director for Prefabricated Construction at AOI Corporation since May 2020. Before joining AOI Corporation, they worked at The Architectural Offices for 17 years as a Designer. Prior to that, they were a Contractor for the Utilities Department at Union Pacific Railroad from October 2002 to March 2003. Nicole started their career as an Intern at BVH Architecture in August 1999 and worked there until March 2002.

Nicole Malone attended Omaha Cathedral from 1992 to 1994, and then Daniel J Gross High School from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained their high school degree. Nicole then attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BSAS). Nicole continued their education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2000 to 2002, obtaining a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree. In 2010, they also completed the Leadership Omaha 33 program.
