Keyur Mehta

Keyur Mehta has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Keyur has held various leadership roles in different companies.

From 1997 to 2001, Keyur Mehta was the Regional General Manager and later became the President & CEO of a home infusion business in the metro Washington DC market, which was eventually acquired by Option Care.

In 2006, they joined InfuScience, Inc. as the Regional Vice President, where they successfully launched a denovo business. Keyur was later promoted to the role of Area Vice President and then became the VP of Operations & Chief Pharmacy Officer, leading growth and operations strategies for the PE-backed startup.

In 2012, Keyur Mehta joined BioScrip, Inc. as the Vice President of Strategic Operations. Keyur partnered with leadership teams to enhance enterprise value and led project teams in areas such as Outcomes Data, Nursing Productivity, and Business Development. Keyur also served as the Vice President of Clinical Services and played a significant role in clinical services transition during a merger.

Keyur Mehta then moved to Option Care Health in 2019 as the Vice President of Ambulatory Strategy. Keyur led the design and execution of a three-year strategy to launch KPIs, training, patient experience models, and services to penetrate new markets for infusion suites.

In 2020, Keyur Mehta joined DaVita Kidney Care as the Division Vice President. Keyur provided oversight to more than 65 kidney care centers and home dialysis programs, focusing on growth opportunities and market expansion.

Currently, Keyur Mehta holds executive positions at AlphaFusion Health Consulting and AOM Infusion. Keyur served as the President & CEO of AlphaFusion Health Consulting from 2020 to 2022, and in 2022, they transitioned to become the Chief Operating Office. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer at AOM Infusion.

Keyur Mehta has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry from New York University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from St. John's University, and an MBA from Virginia Tech's Pamplin School of Business with a focus on Finance. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Executive Presence and Influence from The Wharton School and Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Keyur is also a registered pharmacist licensed by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy since December 1994.
