Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist at AON Inc. since April 2025, Lauren's prior roles include Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant at Pacific Data Integrators, Program Facilitator at Mommy Connections Peterborough & Kawartha Lakes, and Human Resources Generalist at Kawartha Capital Construction Ltd. Lauren began in the field as a Consultant at Global Leadership Initiatives, Inc. after working as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Educationally, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Organizational Behavior Studies from Ontario Tech University and a Human Resources Business Administration Diploma from Durham College.
