Victoria Woudsma has over 17 years of work experience, starting in 2004 as a Health Care Attendant at Extendicare Inc. Victoria then worked as a Registered Nurse at Peterborough Regional Health Centre from 2007 to 2008. Victoria joined Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto as a Registered Nurse from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they became a Registered Nurse Supervisor at AON Inc., and in 2013, they took on the role of Registered Nurse RAI Coordinator at the same company. Currently, Victoria holds the position of Director of Care at AON Inc.

Victoria Woudsma obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trent University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. After completing their degree, they became a Registered Nurse, receiving their certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario in May 2007.

Throughout their career, Victoria has also acquired additional certifications in various areas. In July 2013, they completed the Nursing Rehabilitation and Restorative Care Train the Trainer Workshop offered by Achieva Health. Victoria further expanded their expertise in dementia care by completing the Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) in Dementia Care program provided by Advanced Gerontological Education (AGE) Inc. in January 2018.

Additionally, they obtained the Credentialed MDS Resident Assessment Coordinator certification from MED e-care Healthcare Solutions, Inc. in July 2018.

These certifications show Victoria's ongoing dedication to their profession and their commitment to continuously expanding their knowledge and skills in nursing and healthcare.
