Alex Thoms

Alex Thoms is currently the Head of UK Major, Complex & Enterprise and Global Enterprise Client Leader at Aon, where they focus on building enduring client relationships and transforming Risk and People challenges into pathways for growth. Alex has held various leadership roles across major companies, including Project and Operations Director at Willis and Head of Large Clients in Asia at Willis Towers Watson. They began their career in financial services and have a BA Honours degree in Accounting and Financial Management from The University of Sheffield. Alex is based in Singapore and is passionate about continuous learning and helping clients navigate their business challenges.
