Sal Perrucci

Sal Perrucci is the EVP and Managing Director, Enterprise Client Leader for Aon’s Global Enterprise Client Group, where they focus on advanced Risk and People strategies to assist complex multinational clients. Sal has a wealth of experience, having been a founding member of Aon's global steering committee for multinational client engagements and previously serving in leadership roles at Johnson & Higgins and Willis. They began their career in specialty underwriting at St. Paul Companies and hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Sociology, and Economics from Stony Brook University. Sal's philosophy emphasizes continuous learning and reinvention in both professional and personal endeavors.
