Alma Heard

Alma Heard has extensive experience in client services and account management, having served as Sr. Director of Client Services and Vice President at Aon from February 2013 to March 2024, where a focus was placed on assisting employers in making informed decisions regarding employee benefits. Prior to this role, Alma was a Senior Account Manager at Univers Workplace Solutions from February 2007 to May 2013 and worked within various capacities at Aon, including as a Solution Architect from September 2019 to August 2023. Earlier in the career, Alma held the position of Office Manager at Sample Solutions from June 2003 to September 2005.
