Andy Lyons

Andy Lyons is a seasoned professional in the pension administration sector, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Aon since April 2017. In this role, Andy focuses on implementing operational effectiveness initiatives to enhance the administration of clients' pension schemes in alignment with Aon's standards. Previously, as the Pensions Change and Governance Coordinator at Aon, Andy led the transition of clients between various office locations and developed tools to support these changes while delivering updates to leadership. Andy's extensive prior experience at Mercer spanned from April 2000 to April 2017 in various roles, where responsibilities included project management, quality assurance leading to ISO9001 accreditation, and daily client management. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of York and achieved four A Levels at Solihull Sixth Form College.
