Barney Parker

Barney Parker is an experienced executive in the marine insurance sector, currently serving as the Executive Director (Marine) at Aon since 2025. Previously, they held various positions at Aon, including Associate Director and Director of Marine, as well as the Head of Marine Construction & Special Risk. Prior to their tenure at Aon, they worked at CNA Hardy as an Assistant Underwriter and at Canopius Group in Underwriting Support for Marine Hull & Liabilities. Barney graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Nottingham in 2012, having completed their earlier education at Dame Alice Owens School.
