Beth Cameron

Beth Cameron currently serves as the Director of Enrollments and Accumulations at Wespath Benefits and Investments since October 2023, while also holding the position of Project Manager at Aon since May 2022. Previously, Beth worked at Mercer as Client Services Pension Manager and Team Leader from March 2012 to May 2022, and at Aon Hewitt as Benefits Operations Manager, Unit Manager, and Control Account Manager between July 2009 and March 2012. With a strong background in client services and operations management, Beth has successfully led multi-service client delivery teams, managed process improvement projects, developed standard operating procedures, and provided participant support for over 600,000 plan participants. Early career experiences include roles at Lincoln Financial Group and Eurotainer US, Inc., where Beth honed skills in performance management, project leadership, and bilingual communication. Beth holds a Master's degree in Music from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Lawrence University.
