Catherine Roe

Catherine Roe is an experienced insurance and risk management professional, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Central Region Leader for Canada at Aon since November 2021. Prior to this role, Catherine held multiple senior vice president positions at Aon from March 2012 to April 2020, including leadership roles in the Toronto Branch and the Strategic Risk Advisory Group. Catherine's career includes significant experience with Marsh Canada Limited as Senior Vice President and with FM Global as Account Manager and Staff Adjuster. Earlier professional experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at JRP Engineering Inc. and Claims Adjuster at State Farm Insurance. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Washington, completed between 1985 and 1990.
