Cathy Steinorth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR operations and pension management. Currently serving as the Senior Pension Operations Leader for the East Region at Alight Solutions since May 2017, Cathy drives the adoption of operational practices across 16 client teams while supporting complex projects and enhancing pension delivery. Previously at Aon Hewitt since July 1993, Cathy held various roles including HR Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Technology Delivery Group Manager, overseeing numerous projects and implementing strategies that resulted in significant cost savings. With a B.S. in Computer Science from Alma College, Cathy has a strong foundation in technical leadership and project management in the pension and health/welfare sectors.
