Sara Parrish

Sara Parrish is an experienced HR and Operations Manager currently at Ownership Works since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Program Manager for Talent Operations at Amazon Web Services from September 2021 to April 2023, where significant contributions included developing processes for high-volume hiring and optimizing workflows.
