Debbie Gibson is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in General Insurance, currently serving as the Director of Technical & Discretionary Funds at Aon. Since 2018, they have focused on creating and managing discretionary funds while collaborating with the technical team across Australia to drive innovation and enhance product initiatives. Previously, Debbie held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Affinity at JLT Australia and COO of Enterprise Solutions at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a sub-major in Insurance from the University of Technology, Sydney, between 1991 and 1998.
