Diana Holec is an Associate Partner in the Transaction Strategy - Talent Practice at Aon, where since July 2004, Diana has led project and change management in global HR due diligence, integration, divestiture, and total rewards advisory consulting. Diana's expertise encompasses HR M&A and human capital advisory for the North American market. Previous roles at Aon included Senior Consultant & Canadian Regional Lead and Senior Consultant in various strategic and performance-focused practices, which involved client management and consulting across a diverse range of industries. Prior to Aon, Diana worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Quantum Management Services Ltd., sourcing candidates for professional positions, and as a Research Associate at Research Psychologists Press, Inc., focusing on psychological testing products. Diana holds an Honours B.A. in Psychology from Western University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto.
