Doug Steevens

Doug Steevens is an experienced professional in financial services, currently serving as a School Governor for The Spring Partnership Trust, which includes five primary schools in Bromley, since September 2024. At Aon, Doug has held various roles since September 2004, including Partner and Head of EMEA Portfolio Management, where responsibilities include leading portfolio management for a fund of funds structure and multi-asset growth. Previous positions at Aon encompass Senior Portfolio Manager, Investment Consultant, Asset Allocation Analyst, Manager Researcher, and Investment Analyst. Doug began a career in finance with a summer internship in the Audit department of PwC in 2003. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds and completion of the FIA at the Institute of Actuaries from 2004 to 2010.
