Eric Robinson

Eric Robinson is a seasoned professional in atmospheric sciences and meteorology, currently serving as Managing Director at Aon since February 2021, where responsibilities include the strategic alignment of research within Impact Forecasting in the U.S. Previously, as Director, leadership was provided for a global team focusing on Severe Convective Storm and Wildfire perils, enhancing research operations worldwide. Eric’s career includes a significant tenure at AIR Worldwide from August 2012 to February 2021, where roles encompassed Principal Scientist and Assistant Vice President, leading the development of leading catastrophe risk models across various regions. Earlier experience includes academic research at Purdue University, culminating in a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology, alongside a degree in Applied Physics with a minor in Atmospheric Sciences.
