Francis Ng

Francis Ng currently serves as the Head of Health Solutions at Aon since January 2022. Previously, Francis held several positions at Darwin from January 2012 to December 2021, including Global Strategy Director, General Manager, Global Head of Expert Services, and Global Operations Enablement Director. From April 2007 to December 2016, Francis was the Head of Operations - Asia Pacific at thomsons online benefits. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse, Senior Procurement Manager - HR at Aon Hewitt, and various roles at Mercer, encompassing Practice Leader - Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits Specialist, and Employee Benefits Analyst. Earlier experience includes management roles at Financial 123 and the Ministry of Defence of Singapore. Francis holds a Master of Social Science in Applied Economics (Finance), a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, all from the National University of Singapore.
